    Groms HQ offers free shipping on all orders over $50.00 within Australia. Orders under $50.00 will incur a $8.95 flat rate shipping fee.

    Discount and voucher codes do not apply to shipping fees.  Shipping fees are non-refundable.

    All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days from the time the order is placed. Occasionally we will need an extra day or two.

    All our orders are sent via Australia Post.

    We provide you with a tracking number so you can track your order from dispatch straight to your door. 

    You can expect to receive your order within 1-5 business days after your item is shipped. We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays. Rural areas may take a little longer.

    A signature is required for all orders and we recommend using a work hours address for delivery. If you are not in attendance when the parcel is being delivered, you will receive an Attempted Delivery Advice card which details how & when the parcel can be collected.

    Groms HQ does not accept any liability for delayed delivery caused by any third party. As soon as you have received the goods, you will assume all risk in the goods.

    We will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address given.  However we will not be liable for non-delivery or mis-delivery as a result of incorrect data entry.


    All international orders are sent Regular Air Mail via Australia Post.

    We charge a flat rate shipping fee of $25.00 for all international orders.

    Please leave a contact phone number for International deliveries as customs may need to contact you for delivery. Our shipping prices do not include local import duties and taxes, these are the responsibility of the buyer.

    All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days from the time the order is placed.  You can expect to receive your order within 1-2 weeks after your item is shipped.  

    Please double check that you have supplied us with the correct address before submitting your order. If you are paying via PayPal, please ensure your PayPal address is up to date. We take no responsibility for parcels that are sent to an address that was incorrectly supplied.
